Position: Hardware and Network Engineer
Base Location: 1 x Sharjah

Hardware and Network Engineer: [Job Code: NE01]

a) Manage the hardware infrastructure such as PCs, IP phones, MS Exchange and Web servers

b) Expertise in Network configuration and security

c) MCSE / CISCO certification is preferred

d) Support the development team with respect to any hardware related needs under predefined SLAs.

e) End to End responsibility to ensure the availability of  hardware infrastructure for development needs

f) Exposure to Trouble Ticket management tools is preferred

g) 4 – 7 Years experience handling similar tasks
