b) 5 – 7 Years of hands on experience in developing Web / Windows / Mobile applications

c) 1-3 Yrs of experience as a Team Lead for a team of minimum 5 developers

d) Expertise in Requirement Collection, Requirement Analysis and Requirement Clarifications management.

e) Expertise in Design Patterns and Frameworks is a must.

f) Project management exposure preferred.

g) Must be able to guide a team of developers in solving technical challenges and take responsibility for delivery of multiple projects

h) Process expertise to manage projects from the conception to implementation is a must
